No Water Going To The Top Rack

Please make sure that the sprayer arms are attached fully inside of the tub. They can sometimes become loose and tend to spray downward to only hit the bottom rack, or the side of the tub. Also make sure you are using the correct detergent and rinse aid agents. You will also notice a difference in the unit's performance if you do have the hot water at 120*F coming from your hot water heater in the home, to the unit. The detergent will only dissolve and clean at 120*-140*F temperatures.
