Frigidaire Model #: Fghc2331pf , Will Not Work, Why.

I have the following codes where the temp was showing, at the freezer it read 5Y and fridge shows EFHELP Please

its SY EF and not 5Y EF
Error Code SY EF is the System Evaporator Fault.
This usually means there is NOT enough air flow over the sensor, this can mean a faulty sensor, or evaporator fan motor.
