Ice Maker Does Not Seem To Make Ice Quick Enough
Although we just got the refrierator lastnight it has been 24 hrs and after filling one cup with ice the 24 hr production is empty and it doesnt make it quick enough, is there a setting to make it quicker in the menu somewhere?
My model number is FGHB2844LF there is a 6 after the F but when typed it is not recognized.

If you do not notice the ice production picking up its pace in the next 24-48 hours, then you may need to check your water hookup connections and see if you notice any leaking. You could have air in the line, line kinked or clogged, or a connection loose and spraying water somewhere else in the unit - if all of that checks out ok, then I would contact your manufacturer and run through troubleshooting over the phone. They may be able to see if there is a test to determine what is going on before a tech has to come out. I know that once these machines are installed after a few days you should see 60-75 ice cubes a day produced at least.
