Racks In Middle Slip Off Sides Causing Burn Hazard.

Our range is 1year old and has had very little use.  I have a toaster oven the is more appropriate for our use so that is where I often bake since we are an older couple, no other family in the house.  I baked a casserole a few months ago in my Frigidaire range and the rack slipped and the dish fell with it.  I hadn't used the oven for heavy stuff before and though I had put the rack in wrong.  This past weekend a 10 pound turkey placed safely in the lower middle part of the oven fell when I tried to pull the rack out to baste the bird. Yesterday morning, with two 9 inch pies on the rack, it fell again.  I can place them on the rack to bake but when I pull it out it falls.  I risk burning myself when I reach in to take them off without pulling the rack out.  I have checked to be sure it is in correctly but the outside walls of the oven seem to be splaying out with even the slightest weight on them.  This is now a dangerous situation and I need help.  Every rack I place at mid level falls and this is where most baking is done.
