My Control Panel Melted: Model Fggf3076kw Always Has Vented Very Hot.

The vent has always been extremely hot, almost burning to the hand when reaching for the controls on the panel. One day it just melted the panel. Frididaire says it doesn't have any recalls for that model. I'm afraid to replace the panel because of the head coming from the vent on the oven. Also, the glass on the front of oven has allowed drips in between .
