Ignitor

I bougt new range week ago. The ignitors were workinf only for few hours. Rigt now I cannot ignite my burners at all. What would be the reason. I have power and gas to range

Hi stanboni – Since there is power to the unit confirmed that the electronic igniters are properly aligned. Ensure that tip of spark igniter is aligned with metal point or “nib” located on underside of burner cap after the burner mounting screws have been tightened (not all burners have mounting screws.) When the burner control knob is set to the “LITE” position do the igniters spark? If it does, once again verify that the gas supply to the range is properly connected and turn on. However, if it does not, then the range could possibly have faulty spark module or electrodes that only a professional can assist with.
