Hello otalia - Typically error code F31 indicates that the unit has a shorted probe connection problem. Try resetting the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and this will usually clear most false codes. If it proves to be ineffective, contact a professional to move forward accurately. The technician will need to check the resistance and/or harness between the EOC and probe connector. Depending on the diagnoses part(s) will need replacing.
