Frigidaire Wall Oven Model Fget3065p Will Not Hold Temperature.

The ovens are 5 months old and the control panel has been replaced twice under warranty. The problem remains the same so I don't really think it is the control oanel. The repairman left today after replacing it for the 2nd time. He set the oven @365* and it displayed that it reached temperature and appeared to cycle on several times. We put a thermometer in and ithe temperature fell to 205*. We left the oven on for 6 hours and the temp never rose above 210*. What should we dio next?
