Soap Door?

The soap door isn't opening to use the soap and when it does open the soap just falls out. How can I fix this?

Clean the dispenser with hot water and run a small cycle with hot water and either bleach or white vinegar to clean the dispenser housing out. Go from there. If this does not work or prove to be succesful, contact your manufacturer for next steps.
