New Out Of Box Not Working

I'm on my second freezer today both new out of box. Unpacked and plugged in, temp light comes on light inside works and then about 5 minutes later everything shuts off like its not getting any power. All plugs and breakers are fine. Have tried several different plugs throughout the house with no results. Any suggestions or something I'm doing Wrong?
