Washer Wont Go Into The Rinse Cycle

my frigidaire washer model #fftw1001pw want go into ri se cycle. It washes and drains and the pump keeps running but want go to the rinse cycle.

How do you reset a Frigidaire washing machine?How to do this: Rotate the knob to any cycle. Then, press and hold the spin speed and soil level buttons (at the same time) until the display reads 'Restore default'.
