How To Fix Frigidaire # Ffre0633q1 Ac

my frigidaire ac ffre0633q1 is very noisey and has a sloshing and rattle. Some say if you drill a hole in the pan to let the water out it will be alot more quite. But where do you drill the hole ? any other answers ?

Generally speaking, some air conditioners are not designed with holes to drain water. Typically, all condensate water created is circulated across the condenser coil to help cool the coil and maintain proper refrigerator. In order words, the fan inside your air conditioner slings the water up unto the coils to cool the internal components off while your appliance is in use. In very humid conditions, some water may drain out of the hold in the base of the air conditioner and hear sloshing, which this is normal. It is not recommended to drill any holes on your air conditioner because it could possibly hit an internal part and damage your appliance completely. Also, per most manufacturers it will void your warranty. I hope this information helps to some degree. - Chris
