Freezer Won't Run.

My girlfriend has a Frigidaire freezer, FFU2065FW4, that is 4-5 years old. It just stopped running one day. Don't know if there was a power surge. The interior lights are on when the door is open, but no lights on the control panel. The lights on the outside of the freezer at the bottom right are also on. The fan and compressor don't come on. There is no clicking sound from the compressor. I have replaced the relay on the compressor with no change in the symptoms. My question is ..is there a way to test the control panel in this unit? Is there a way to bypass the control panel to see if the fan and compressor will come on? I hate to buy a new control panel not knowing if that is the problem. I have not found a wiring diagram for this unit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Rick
