Raise Temperature.

I want yo raise the temperature in my fridge and freezer. There us a display oh 2 number 1's , but when I press the arrows on the display it all goes off.

I understand that you are trying to raise the temperature in your refrigerator and freezer but when you press the arrows the display goes off. How long does it take for the display to come back up? Also, when it does come back up has the temp changed on the display? It sounds like it could potentially be an issue with a faulty control or power supply. Because it could be a number of any one of several underlying causes, I would recommend contacting a professional to properly diagnose and repair. Best regards. –Chris
