Stopped Making Ice - Intermitent

Purchase this model a month ago and the ice maker stops-intermitent

Good Afternoon Steelesamuel,

I understand your Frigidaire refrigerator, model# FFHS2311LW, stops making ice, intermittently. First, I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at the circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. When power is restored, make sure the ice maker wire signal arm is in the “down” or on position. Also, check to make sure there is not a small cube caught in the ice maker. If there is, remove the small cube from the ice maker. The ice and water filter cartridge may be clogged. Replace the filter cartridge. Hope this is helpful.
