Frigidaire Upright Freezer Ffh17f7hw

HELP!!  Freezer has OF in the led display.  Opened door to find out that most everything has defrosted :( !   First, unplugged from the outlet and plugged back in....no change.  Depressed buttons to attempt to change temperature and nothing happened. Thanking you in advance for your assistance in this matter!
