Good Morning Beacocalo,

I understand that you are trying to get the door alarm to stop, on your Frigidaire freezer, model# FFH17F7HW. What you will do is press the “Alarm Reset” button and the alarm should shut off. If not, I suggest resetting your appliance by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at the circuit breaker for 2-3 minutes. When power is restored, if you are still unable to shut the alarm off, I suggest contacting your local authorized technician. They will be able to diagnose your freezer and determine why the alarm will not shut off. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-
