Hello mabilen – Are you referring to there is power to the unit, but the oven does not bake or broil? If so, try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the breaker off. While the unit is off confirm that the shut off valve on the gas pressure regulator is in the “ON” position (usually located on the back left-hand side of the range). This valve shuts off gas to the oven. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn on the range. If resetting the unit proves to be ineffective contact a professional to move forward accurately. The range could possibly be experiencing a communication issue with the EOC or wiring failure and needs a further diagnosis.
