Congrats on your new purchase! I am a little confused on exactly what you are describing. Are you stating that there are "green" lights on your appliance that are constantly on and will not go away? Are you also mentioning the surface element rings "glowing" off and on while in use? Please be as specific as you can and post again so I can help. Thanks!

Hi ChrisPolk, I attach a picture where you cant see the green light for "oven", "preheat" and "clean" in the contro panel of the appliance, that i mentions before, hope yo can understandme whit the picture.

The light from the surface dont turn off totally, it just that the light from the rings diminishes and increases

Thank you
