The Oven Is Locked And Will Not Open

One quick question first, have you at all used or engaged the self cleaning feature of the oven? If you have, your unit will not unlock until the unit has reached a safe temperature, and this usually takes 1-2 hours after the cycle is completed.

If you did not use this cycle, then your unit leads me to believe you have a bad door latch or a faulty electronic oven control (EOC). You would unfortunately need a service technician to look at the unit if resetting the circuit breaker does not improve the performance of the unit. Not a typical DIY job, when it comes to an EOC.
