Generally speaking, your Frigidaire laundry center, FEX831CS0, has thermal fuses for the dryer operation. If your dryer is not heating properly or turning on, it is possible that your appliance has an open thermal fuse. Typically one is located on the heater housing and the other on the base of the dryer. This is not a typical DIY job and requires disassembly of the dryer. I would recommend reaching out to an experienced appliance tech to proceed further.
