Frigidaire Fex831fs4 Washer Will Not Fill With Water Or Do Anything

On my Frigidaire washer/dryer combo FEX831FS4, the dryer works fine but after an unbalanced load, the washer won't do anything at all. It will not even allow any water to enter the washer! I suspected it was the lid switch, but thought that most washers would at least fill with the lid open. Could it be the main control setting switch has failed? It feels like it turns/operates normally. Thanks for any help!

Hey sphillipsjr79, thanks for the post!

Based off the information you are providing about your Frigidaire laundry center it sounds like a possible issue with the inlet valve, pressure switch, or timer. I understand it stopped working after an unbalanced load occurred it could be an issue with a connection coming loose due to the unbalanced load. I would recommend having a technician come out to diagnose and repair the appliance. I hope this is helpful. -Chris
