Fes365esa Model Cooktop And Oven
Oven and cooktop do not work but all indicator lights etc show that they are on as well as oven light works just nothing heats up anywhere. any idea what the problem might be? I was thinking a bad relay and if so do you have part information on that? It stopped working xmas day I smelled something like plastic burning then a short while later realized that nothing was working.

Hi rachelboyer – From what you are describing it sounds like the issue lies directly with a faulty EOC or wiring failure. The part number for the EOC is 318414214, which it can be purchased directly from the manufacturer or through a part distributor in your area (part number may be different). However, I strongly suggest consulting a professional for an accurate diagnosis.
