Why Does Dehumidifier Bucket Fill And Not Drain Out Hose?

I see that your dehumidifier is no longer draining through the hose. Here are a few simple troubleshooting tips that may help you get to the root cause:
1) The hose itself could possibly be clogged. Make sure the hose is clear and free.
2) Please confirm that your hose is not loose. Insert the female threaded end of the hose through the opening. Screw the garden hose onto the threaded portion of the tray underneath the bucket opening. Make sure the hose is secure so there are not leaks. Direct the hose toward the drain making sure that there are no kinks that will stop the water flowing. Place the end of the hose into the drain.
Should these suggestions prove ineffective, I would recommend contacting the manufacturer for further assistance.
