Dishwasher Not Going Through Entire Cycle

My frigidaire dishwasher will not complete the cycle if the high temp buttons are on. If you turn off the high temp buttons it works just fine, only dishes remain wet. I am getting hot water, so the heating element is working, and the dishes come out dry when you use the high temp dry, but you have to manually move the timer from wash to dry. From looking at Google, this seems to be a common problem with these only know one replies back as to what the solution is to fix it. I was thinking maybe timer, but there were other people who replaced timers and thermostats and still have the same problem. Not sure where to go from here.

Hi undysidedone! Thanks for your post! If you dishwasher is not completing the entire cycle and requires to manually move the settings from washe to dry then you are possibly having a control board and/or timer concern. The only true way to know is to have a professional diagnose both items before ordering parts. Most parts have a 30 day return policy with part distributors so you may be able to test and exchange parts as needed. When in doubt, I highly recommend contacting your manufacturer for a list of professionals they partner with in your local area.
