Frigidaire 70 Pint Not Collecting Water

This is the third summer we have had the unit in our barn area.   It has worked perfectly until we turned it on this summer.  Unit runs but no water is collecting.  Seems fan runs...filter is clean and nothing has changed.   Have it set on 40%.  Why is it not removing moisture?

Was the unit turned on its side or damaged when in storage before use this year? Turn the humidity up a little and see if it works and then back down on the %.
