Dispenser

Frigidaire Model FDB2410HOS Soap remains in the dispenser.  Should the two water wands be removed & cleaned? If so, how so? We have used the cleaner additive from time to time before this ever happened. We use both liquid and dry detergent, and the rinse.  Dishes on the bottom rack seem to be slightly clean. Anything on the top needs to be rewashed.  Helpful suggestions are needed.  ty

The dispenser could have an issue with the unit's timer and not communicating with the door switch of the dispenser cup. You also need to make sure the water going to the unit is no less than 120-140ºF or the detergent will not dissolve and your dishes will not get cleaned.
