Upper Rack
have fbd1100rhm2 d/w. my upper rack does not spin because no water is feeding it. checked water flow and all clear. looked at pic of panel on site and ours has no eco(upper rack) wash. ?

The only thing that operates the sprayer arm assemblies in these units is the water pressure. Have you checked the water pressure? You may be getting water, but if you don't have enough pressure they will not rotate and just spray downward and cause standing water in unit and even leaking.
