Most units by Frigidaire do not have drain holes in the back anymore. They are now designed to reuse the water that is collected from the air to cool the evaporator fan off inside the unit. You might even hear a "slushing" sound which is completely normal. Do not drill any hole in the unit if you do not have one. If you have one, and nothing is draining, but your unit is cooling and working, you are fine.
