E61 means that the control board is sensing an incorrect/abnormal voltage present at its input. Usually this means L2 and Neutral are incorrectly wired. If this is a new install check the machine has been wired correctly. If not a new install unplug the machine for 5 minutes, if the error comes back you will need to check the voltage with an ohms meter at the control board.
