Good Morning Romeynina,

I see that you are having trouble with your Frigidaire Affinity washer, not filling with water and the sensing light is not lighting up when the washer starts.

In regards to the tub not filling, I suggest the following:

1) Make sure that the water supply is adequate in the area where your washer is located.

2) Make sure the faucets to the washer, the hot and cold, are fully open.

3) Make sure the hot and cold hoses are not kinked in any way.

4) Make sure the water pressure is at least 30 psi. Try running your washer by itself, without any other water running in your home.

With the light not lighting up, I suggest resetting your washer. You can do this by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home’s circuit breaker for 2-3 minutes. When you restore power, if the light is still not lighting up and your washer is still not filling, I suggest contacting your local authorized technician. They will be able to diagnose your appliance to determine why it is not filling with water and why the sensing light is not lighting up. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-
