If the command/control board on your Frigidaire FAFW3921NW front-load washing machine appears to be functioning normally but the machine does not start, there may be a problem with another component in the washing machine. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Check the power supply: Make sure the washing machine is properly plugged in and the outlet has power. You can test the outlet by plugging in a different appliance or device and seeing if it turns on.
  2. Check the door latch: Make sure the door is properly closed and latched. If the door is not closed or latched correctly, the washing machine may not start.
  3. Check the water supply: Make sure the water supply to the washing machine is turned on and the hoses are properly connected. If the washing machine does not detect a water supply, it may not start.
  4. Check the motor control board: The motor control board controls the operation of the washing machine's motor. If the motor control board is faulty, it can prevent the washing machine from starting. You may need to replace the motor control board if it is malfunctioning.
  5. Check the motor: If the motor is not working correctly, it can prevent the washing machine from starting. You may need to replace the motor if it is malfunctioning.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be best to contact a qualified technician to diagnose and repair the washing machine.

Please respond to my effort to provide you with the best possible solution by using the "Acceptable Solution" and/or the "Helpful" buttons when the answer has proven to be helpful.
