Affinity Washer Top Load Does Not Wash Or Spin But Does Fill And Drain

I select the cycle and it fills up, then suddenly the clock says there are 11 minutes left, it beeps, lights flash, and it shuts off. They replaced it with another new one and on the first load it did the same thing and it does it on every cycle EXCEPT the drain and spin cycle, that one works perfectly. What can be causing this as I hate to have to call the dealer again so soon.

Check your drain line. The drain line (hose) may be to far down into the drain pipe of your house. The hose should be no futher than 6 inches into the drain. If the hose is to far into the drain pipe, it will siphon the water out of the machine as it is filling and cause an error code for the washer.
