Please make sure to:
Not over use detergent, this can result in oversudsing in the tub, and restricting the tub from turning properly.
That the drain hose is not too long.
That the drain hose is not restricted.
That the standpipe is not higher than 96" from the floor.
You may have defective timer or drain pump.
