Vibration Issues

We are having vibration issues with the washer.  It is so severe the vibration has cracked the ntill floor tiles and has shaken itself loose from the water causing leakage. We have replaced the tiles and leveled the washer.  Any suggestions on what else we can do?

Hello peggyandruss – First, confirmed that it is sitting solidly on the floor. If needed, adjust the leveling legs. Was the washer machine recently installed? If so, the shipping bolts and blocks could possibly have not been removed and has to be done so immediately. The instructions can be found in the owner's manual or installation guide. If any proves to be ineffective, contact a professional to accurately pinpoint any potentially more serious issues.
