Frigidaire Affinity Washer Will Not Spin Has Error Code E21

Good Morning Stacu,

I see that you are having trouble with your Frigidaire Affinity washer not spinning and showing an error code of E21. The E21 error code means the water is not pumping out of the washer fast enough.

First, check the drain hoses for any type of kinks or restrictions. Also, check to make sure that the drain hose is only about 6-8 inches down in the drain pipe. Secondly, make sure that the drain pipe is not clogged. The E21 error can occur if water gets backed up into the drain hose or drain pipe.

After checking the drain hose and drain pipe, give your washer a hard reset by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home’s circuit breaker for 2-3 minutes. Once the time has passed and you bring power back to your appliance try running the same cycle that the E21 appeared. If you are still receiving the error code and your washer is not spinning, I suggest that you contact your local authorized technician. They will be able to diagnose your appliance and determine what is causing it to not spin and show the E21 Error code. Hope this is helpful.
