Good Afternoon eldagarcia – “Door Open” is an indication error to remind you to close the door. If the door is close and “Door Open” continues to display trying reprogramming the washer. This can be done by either unplugging the unit or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. It is important to wait approximately ten minutes before turning on the unit. Start the washer and select a normal cycle. If these troubleshooting steps prove ineffective, you may way to contact a professional as the unit may possibly have a defective door switch, lock assembly, or a communication problem with the control board.
