Model # Fad704dwd Dehumidifier Is Not Collecting Water. Only 2 Years Old.
Why did my dehumidifier stop collecting water when it is only 2 years old. it runs, but no water. I have damp-rid bags in the same area that are collecting water.

If you have the proper settings configured and have that only one unit running, then you may be having a bad control board. This is true if you do not hear the compressor engaging after turning the unit on. if you do hear the compressor starts but you feel the discharge air it not warn, then the refrigerant may have leaked all out.
