I see that you are having difficulty with your Frigidaire dryer shutting off after being on for 20 minutes and all of the lights start blinking. This could be an error code for pause or door lock. I would recommend performing a reset on your dryer and you can do that by disconnecting power from it for at least ten minutes. If you continue to experience an issue with your dryer I would recommend having a professional technician out to perform a proper diagnosis and repair.
