Water Leaks Inside Started This Morning
Water is flowing in from underneath the unit yet it's still cooling. The angle is one inch higher inside. What else could it be? Continues to leak water when it's off.

From what you have described, I would contact your manufacturer for assistance. Sounds like you may have a sealed system issue if the unit is leaking towards the front, while off, and you have the unit at a decline coming out of the window - per install instructions.
These units are typically too small for service techs to repair, and manufacturers do tend to have other options depending on how old your unit is. Try to contact Frigidaire and have your model/serial number and date of purchase handy for a more timely resolution.
