Door Handle Removal

How do u remove the outside right rear door handle on a 2013 fusion? It's stuck trying to take it out?

remove grommet by handle I believe it's a t27 torx bolt but pull handle all the way out as if opening the door then loosen the bolt and both the handle and back piece will be able to be removed
