2013 Mustang Shelby Gt 500-roval Of Rear Bumper

I have removed the screws on the bottom of the bumper by the rear wheel wells.  I have removed rear taillights.  I see two clips holding the bumper on.  1.  Can these clips be removed without breaking??? 2.  What other actions besides electrial disconnect must I take to remove this bumber? Thanks, Jay
