2013 Ford Flex Limited Liftgate Not Closing

We've hod our dealer check this out a few times and they have replaced the liftgate motor and made adjustments but still the liftgate has closing issues. The lift gate will go all the way to try and latch but fails.It is so intermittent but when it fails to latch we have found that just opening a window will then allow it to close. I We've not been able to find what triggers it, but when it happens, we normally have to try more than 3 times and then still have to open a window or door while it closes.
