Trunk Ajar Question

having my truck lock changed on 2013 escape. That is fixed but lights on back n floor area will not shut off. How can it be fixe

I suggest you make sure your dashboard dimmer switch isn't on max. Try pushing the center of the light and see if it clicks off.
