Rough Idle

I have a 2011 F-150 with an ecoboost engine. After 1300 miles it developed a rough idle. I have been in contact with Ford Customer support and have had every possible teast run at the dealership that I bought the truck from all to no avail. Is Ford working on a fix for this? I am aware of several other trucks in this area with the same problem.
