No Friction When Turning
Dears
i have a ford explorer 2010, the problem in that the car turn to the side at the rear without friction or tire spinnning, this was after the service of 30000 kms took the car to the bodyshop first time they change the shock absorber, it was ok and i was not confident, then they told me from the tires and alignment and the problem was not solved, on the service of 40,000/- but at the speed 140km/hr and above i can feel a vibration coming form the rear side i dont knaw exaclty if from the differential of the axles. the ford body shop have no idea how to investigate and solve the problem. kindly help me so i can give them some idea about the solution.
