Still No Power 2009 Ford F250 Super Duty

All the fuses are good,but there is no power going to the #28 fuse even with the key on, but #39 & #41 have power- #28 says radio, #39 & 41 says radio, navigation, sync, sat

Others with this issue have found that fuse #41 is the likely source of the problem. I suggest you pull the fuse & check it for continuity.
