Stops Running Loses Ele Power

While driving down the road it just stops running , like someone turns the key off all electric goes off then turn key off wait about 3 min and it will start it's getting worse use to while driving it would die and you could still be rolling put it in nutral and turn the key and it would start now you have to wait a few min.
