What Could Causes Heater Problems?

  my heater works intermitently?

You will probably have a blocked or dirty cabin filter.

The filter is located behind the glove compartment.

Remove compartment, behind is a horizontal plate with a quick release clip on the left. Unclip plate and remove paper filter. Either clean or replace.
