What Fuse To Take Out To Disarm The Horn Pn A 2000 Crown Vic

Hi, relay 2 in the power distribution box is the horn relay, so that would be the one to take out. You can see descriptions and locations for the all fuses on pages 138-143 of the owner's manual.
